Logistic Staff

– Handling of all import relevant issues.
– Customs formalities (inbound and outbound).
-Co-ordinate with suppliers, customers and forwarders to prepare shipping document
– Update the shipment delivery status to warehouse and liaise with forwarders, sub-contractors for shipment handling, loading and unloading service by crane or forklift.
-Update and implement all the new customs regulation, inform related functions of the new requirements accordingly.
– Calculation and checking of freight and handling costs to ensure they are in line with the group freight agreement..
– Complain to LSPs, forwarders in terms of logistics quality and keep monitoring the status of action plan from LSPs, forwarders.
– Monthly report to function head: shipment status, logistic cost and complaint.
– Resolving daily operation issues as well as other company activities like FFQ, MOVE.
– Other tasks assigned by function head.

– Major subject: Export Industry, Foreign Trade, International Economics, Business administration or related major.
– Over 3 years related working experience or above.
– Good command in English and computer skills.
– Good knowledge in customs, LSP/forwarder and freight management.
– Good communication skills.
